Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with a strong passion for performance marketing and advertising to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing ads on the Meta advertising platform, along with potential involvement in other paid social channels such as LinkedIn and TikTok. Your collaboration with our team will be crucial in developing strategic action plans tailored to each client.
The ideal candidate is not only creative but also results-driven, a collaborative team member, and an independent thinker. A solid understanding of paid digital advertising or e-commerce marketing, coupled with a knack for data analysis and performance trend identification, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage paid social media advertising budgets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs and objectives.
- Create and traffic ads daily using the Meta ad buying platform, ensuring precision and error-free execution.
- Conduct weekly performance reporting on various initiatives and overall account health.
- Develop both recurring and ad hoc reports alongside internal account analyses, focusing on performance and creative development.
- Strategize, execute, and oversee a range of client Meta ad campaigns.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable tactical and strategic plans.
- Become familiar with client products to devise promotional strategies for paid social initiatives.
- Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance while setting benchmarks and proposing future testing.
- Collect data on consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in media buying or advertising analytics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paid Ads Specialist, Media Buying Specialist, or in a related field.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Meta Ads certification preferred).
- Familiar with Meta Business Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain robust relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and adjusting to shifting priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical skills and a proactive, organized approach.
