About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Creative Producer to join our dynamic robotics company. This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive production of engaging video content, including filming, editing, and organizing our extensive media library to ensure that high-quality footage is easily accessible. Collaborating closely with our founders and team, you will capture product demonstrations, significant milestones, behind-the-scenes insights, recruitment materials, and compelling brand narratives. Your enthusiasm for thriving in a fast-paced startup atmosphere and your ability to transform technical information into clear, engaging content will be key to your success in this role.
This hands-on position is ideal for someone with strong skills in videography, editing, and media management. Familiarity with managing or supporting social media accounts would be advantageous, but the primary focus will be on producing outstanding video content and establishing an efficient content workflow.
Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for product marketing, launches, recruitment, social media, and company storytelling.
Capture robots, demonstrations, prototypes, team interviews, events, and daily activities in a visually compelling manner.
Edit both short-form and long-form videos tailored for various channels and formats.
Oversee post-production processes, including selects, project files, exports, versioning, and archiving.
Organize and maintain our video library to ensure footage is searchable, accessible, and reusable.
Establish systems for file naming, folder structures, asset tagging, and backup management.
Collaborate with founders, engineers, and team members to identify and produce high-impact stories.
Assist in translating technical work into content that is engaging and understandable for external audiences.
Support the publishing and management of social media content as required.
Contribute innovative ideas on how to showcase our technical capabilities, products, team, and company to the world.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content production.
Proficient shooting skills with a keen eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and storytelling.
Strong editing capabilities and solid creative judgment.
Exceptional file organization and media management skills.
