Role Overview
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a vital role in crafting and disseminating captivating content across the lodge’s social media and digital platforms. This position is focused on producing short-form video and visual content that highlights the lodge experience, supports marketing initiatives, and aligns with seasonal trends. Please note that this role does not encompass paid advertising responsibilities or revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
Create dynamic short-form video and visual content that showcases the lodge’s offerings, amenities, and natural surroundings.
Edit and tailor content for optimal performance across various platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Craft engaging and on-brand captions that resonate with the target audience.
Prepare and optimize content for distribution across social media and the lodge’s website.
Content Planning & Consistency
Develop and manage a structured content calendar that aligns with promotional activities during peak seasons and maintains visibility during off-peak times.
Ensure regular posting during critical marketing periods to maximize engagement.
Adapt content strategies based on seasonal shifts and campaign requirements.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure content themes support overall business objectives.
Adhere to brand guidelines while contributing innovative ideas for content formats and presentation styles.
Maintain authenticity and quality in all produced content, ensuring it aligns with the lodge’s brand identity.
