What You'll Achieve:Act as the primary contact for creative requests, managing intake and clarifying project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including managing project queues, ensuring file organization, and maintaining the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.Coordinate the creative review process from start to finish—facilitating feedback, tracking revisions, and ensuring timely approvals from stakeholders.Monitor deliverables across various workstreams to keep projects on schedule while identifying potential risks early.Handle capacity planning and assist in decisions regarding freelance or contractor requirements.Enhance creative operations processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures.Foster connections between cross-functional partners and the creative team to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Skills You'll Need to Bring:5–7 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production—preferably with a blend of in-house and agency experience.Proficient in timeline and resource planning, with a proven record of keeping complex projects on track.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools and software to streamline operations and reporting.
