About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and passionate Video Content Creator to help us bring the Butternut Box brand to life in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
In this newly established position, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content that drives brand growth across multiple markets. From captivating short-form social media videos to compelling campaign content, you'll craft visual narratives that resonate with local audiences while staying true to our brand ethos.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with our Brand & Creative team, growth marketers, and local stakeholders in NL, BE, and DE. This position combines creativity, execution, and teamwork, making it ideal for someone who enjoys overseeing content from concept to final edit.
This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam, requiring three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
Your Responsibilities
- Produce and localize high-performing video creatives for paid social channels (Meta, TikTok & YouTube) tailored for the Dutch, Belgian, and German markets.
- Create and test eye-catching video concepts based on creative briefs, performance insights, and social media trends.
- Film dogs, dog parents, products, and brand moments in various settings, including on-location shoots and studio work.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for growth channels and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Social teams to translate briefs and marketing insights into compelling visual stories.
- Optimize content for diverse markets, audiences, and languages.
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end video production processes.
