What We Seek:We are in search of a talented, in-house short-form creator to join our San Francisco team as Creator-in-Residence. This role is not merely about content creation; it is about pioneering a novel model where technology meets media at the crossroads of health and culture. You will enjoy creative autonomy, the opportunity to experiment, and the challenge of elevating health content to be as culturally impactful as music, fashion, or sports.Your primary focus will be on capturing and producing lo-fi, iPhone-native content that feels raw, immediate, and tailored for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You will be responsible for documenting spontaneous office moments, behind-the-scenes culture, and engaging founder-led clips that resonate well in social feeds.Most of your work will involve being behind the camera, where you will film, direct, and edit content that is authentic and native to social media. A passion for social media and virality is essential—you should be continuously analyzing why certain content succeeds, focusing on elements like hooks, pacing, storytelling, and adaptability to trends.Equally important is your genuine interest in health. We desire a candidate who is deeply engaged with health topics and is eager to explore innovative ways to communicate them through compelling content.
