Join our dynamic team as a Creator Manager (L3) where you will spearhead our affiliate campaigns and drive community engagement.
Your Role
Affiliate Strategy & Campaign Management
- Revenue Enhancement: Propel Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and Affiliate Revenue through CPA and CPS models, managing the P&L for your campaigns.
- Creator Recruitment: Formulate strategies to identify and onboard high-converting creators (KOCs) at scale, balancing niche and mass creators tailored for each brand.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct daily evaluations of campaign metrics (Clicks, Orders, GMV, ROAS) to optimize creator performance, replacing underperformers and amplifying high achievers.
Creator Engagement
- Foster communication and initiatives to develop and expand our affiliate creator network through educational and supportive activities.
- Support top creators and communities to increase revenue from YouTube content and execute successful e-commerce campaigns and livestreams on platforms like TikTok.
- Analyze metrics and trends to refine strategies for creator growth and revenue in Vietnam.
Technical Expertise & Partnerships
- Platform Expertise: Master the algorithms of TikTok Shop Affiliate, YouTube Shopping, and Shopee Affiliate, staying updated on policies and trending products.
- AI Integration: Champion the use of AI tools to streamline creator searches and outreach processes.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with platform partners to secure creator support, policy updates, and promotional opportunities.
