Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Credentialing & Payor Enrollment Analyst to facilitate the onboarding and compliance processes for healthcare providers within our rapidly expanding organization. This pivotal role ensures that providers are correctly credentialed, licensed, and enrolled with payors, enabling them to deliver care efficiently and receive prompt reimbursement.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, possess strong operational skills to navigate complex regulatory requirements, and communicate effectively in a structured manner. You will oversee the entire workflow of credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment while contributing to the development of scalable processes that support our growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Provider Onboarding & Credentialing
Manage the complete onboarding process for new providers, from offer acceptance to readiness for practice.
Collect, review, and verify essential documentation such as education, training, work history, certifications, and malpractice coverage.
Prepare and submit enrollment applications to payors and other relevant entities.
Monitor application statuses, proactively follow up, and rectify deficiencies to avoid onboarding delays.
Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
Prepare, submit, and track initial and renewal state license applications across various jurisdictions.
Stay informed about state-specific licensing requirements and timelines.
Monitor license expirations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
