About The Role
- Oversee the monitoring, forecasting, and early identification of essential indicators to effectively manage overall credit risk and portfolio health.
- Lead projects and initiatives focused on comprehensive portfolio management and non-performing loan mitigation.
- Evaluate changes in business strategies and processes to assess their impact on credit performance, recommending actions to manage risks as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to evaluate risks associated with new initiatives, providing constructive challenges and suggesting risk mitigation strategies.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to manage risk-related projects, including those involving third parties, while prioritizing user experiences and needs.
- Contribute to achieving sustainable business growth targets, balancing immediate success with long-term viability.
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses, whether planned or ad hoc, individually or in collaboration with a data team, to address credit risk challenges.
- Independently manage projects or initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit risk, portfolio management, or credit policy.
- Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and identify trends effectively.
- Proficient in creating presentations for senior management and generating complex yet clear reports.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, particularly with SQL, focusing on forecast analysis and risk performance evaluation.
- Solid understanding of risk scoring and credit risk principles.
- General knowledge of product development processes (e.g., underwriting systems, product configurations).
- Project management skills essential for leading initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python is a plus.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
