Enhance the Group’s credit and counterparty risk frameworks through thorough credit analysis, vigilant portfolio oversight, and data-driven management information (MI), facilitating sound limit governance and proactive insights across various entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Credit Analysis & Reviews: Spearhead assessments of counterparties and clients; maintain detailed credit memorandums and conduct regular reviews; monitor evolving conditions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Exposure, Concentration & Limits Monitoring: Generate and analyze insights on credit exposures, limit usage, concentration levels, and exceptions; recommend escalations supported by thorough analysis.
- Credit MI & Dashboards: Develop and oversee comprehensive credit reporting packages (including trend commentary, watchlists, and change drivers); collaborate with Quant/Data Engineers for automation and standardization.
- Stress/Scenario Inputs: Provide input for credit-focused scenarios, conduct sensitivity analyses, and investigate significant changes.
- Data Discipline: Ensure consistent definitions of exposure measures, limit logic, and entity mapping; document any methodological changes.
- Governance Support: Prepare materials for ALCO and credit governance meetings, ensuring clear tracking of actions and closure evidence.
