Qualifications
Responsibilities:Respond promptly to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related service requests, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.Document maintenance tasks in the appropriate systems, resolving tickets upon completion of work.Inspect building structures to identify malfunctions and propose repairs to management.Perform minor electrical maintenance, including fixture replacements and repairs.Conduct minor plumbing maintenance, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.Carry out preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.Contribute to the development and execution of preventive maintenance procedures, ensuring quality control.Order necessary parts and maintain inventory for efficient maintenance operations.
