Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will amplify CRM into one of Zefir’s core growth drivers, enhancing revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction in a systematic and measurable manner.
You will take charge of the global CRM strategy and stack (customer.io, Twilio, Big Query) and governance across Buyers, Sellers, and Agents, ensuring successful execution by our three Business Units, all while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Our vision integrates decentralized execution to maximize operational velocity and close client relationships, balanced with strong central oversight.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, merging ownership of CRM strategies with direct involvement in complex campaign setups, data analysis, and coaching teams.
