The Opportunity
Our client, a prominent player in the e-commerce sector known for its commitment to quality products, is on the lookout for a skilled CRO & E-Commerce Optimization Manager. This crucial position will oversee the performance of their online store, concentrating on enhancing the customer journey, boosting conversion rates, and executing strategies to drive e-commerce success.
This role is tailored for a data-driven individual with extensive knowledge of e-commerce analytics, customer behavior, and conversion optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee the maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of product pages, landing pages, navigation, bundles, and onsite merchandising to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
● Enhance onsite content quality by employing SEO best practices, including metadata updates, internal linking, and CMS organization.
● Optimize landing pages for paid media with a strong focus on speed, mobile user experience, and reliable tracking mechanisms.
● Maintain weekly performance tracking sheets and provide clear reports on core funnel metrics and trends.
● Validate analytics setups, pixel implementations, UTMs, and key integrations during new launches and site modifications.
Qualifications
● Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Shopify site management and DTC E-commerce CRO optimization.
● Background in the health and wellness or consumer goods industry is preferred.
● Proficient in Shopify theme editing, CMS tasks, metafields, templates, and subscription funnel user experience.
● Experienced with A/B testing using popular experimentation platforms.
● Strong knowledge of GA4 and e-commerce funnel performance metrics.
● Familiarity with SEO principles including metadata, schema markup, alt tags, and internal linking strategies.
● Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for effective tracking and reporting.
