About the Role
As a CRO Specialist at Solace, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the patient journey through our conversion funnel—from their initial visit to our website to their first appointment with a physician.
This role is highly hands-on. You will collaborate with channel managers, product teams, designers, and data analysts to create, implement, and evaluate experiments aimed at boosting click-through rates (CTR), booking rates, show rates, and overall funnel efficiency. This position transcends simple tasks like changing button colors; it involves identifying genuine user friction, crafting targeted tests, and translating insights into sustainable growth strategies.
Your work will encompass direct engagement with Webflow and Statsig, contributing to the development of experimentation strategies across the funnel while instilling rigorous testing, learning, and scaling methodologies within Solace.
