Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries from customers and partners through phone, email, and chat in Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian and English
- Support clients with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and various travel-related inquiries
- Offer guidance on platform tools, policies, and procedures
- Record all interactions in the CRM system to maintain accuracy and effective follow-ups
- Quickly identify and resolve issues, escalating them when necessary
- Exhibit professionalism and empathy, especially in challenging situations
- Consistently achieve service quality and customer satisfaction objectives
