The Role
We are on the lookout for a talented Cryptographer – Security Engineer to enhance our security team. In this pivotal role, you will undertake audits and analyses of cryptographic protocols and implementations utilized in Web3 systems, engaging with cutting-edge distributed systems and zero-knowledge technologies, while assessing both protocol designs and low-level implementations.
What You’ll Work On
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough security evaluations of:
- Elliptic curve cryptography implementations
- Pairing-based cryptography
- Distributed Key Generation (DKG) protocols
- Threshold signature schemes (e.g., FROST)
- SNARK and STARK proving systems
- KZG commitments and polynomial commitment schemes
- Zero-knowledge circuits and proving infrastructure
- Consensus-critical cryptographic components
While our projects frequently involve reviewing cryptographic libraries, they are not exclusively limited to cryptography, offering you the chance to engage further with the Web3 stack, including core node infrastructure, smart contracts, and cloud services.
