CSS Team Manager
As a CSS Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for processing loan applications, ensuring compliance, and providing essential back-office support for our expanding national network of Brokers. This dynamic and fast-paced role includes the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre- and post-submission of loan applications while effectively managing client expectations.
- Oversee Client Solutions staff who interact with Brokers and Lenders, ensuring timely submissions of loan applications.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with vital stakeholders—including franchisees, brokers, and lenders—to improve the quality and completeness of loan submissions.
- Implement initiatives aimed at expediting processing, such as achieving ‘one-touch’ unconditional approvals, minimizing Manual Information Requests (MIRs), and aligning with established Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Identify and execute process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce rework, and elevate client satisfaction through operational excellence and high-quality submissions.
