As we broaden our product offerings, we are enhancing our name screening and payment screening capabilities to be more automated, intelligent, and precise.We are seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead our Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain, focusing on Name Screening and Payment Screening for customers, counterparties, and transactions.You will be responsible for the Screening product area, collaborating with the First Line, Compliance, Engineering, and Data teams.Your primary focus will include vendor integrations, optimizing list/matching logic/fuzziness, and utilizing AI for reducing false positives while adhering to various compliance frameworks across product and business verticals.This position reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.What You’ll DoProduct OwnershipLead the Name Screening & Payment Screening product area for client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and transactions.Develop a strategic vision for your area, ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of the Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain and the company.Translate strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap covering:- fiat to fiat transactions- fiat to crypto transactions (primarily stablecoins)- crypto to crypto transactions- card expendituresEnhance list sources for sanctions, PEP, and adverse media, aligned with Ebury’s compliance frameworks and risk appetite.Utilize data and research to identify pain points and improve fuzziness scores.Leverage AI to enhance screening accuracy, focusing on risk-based matching and alert prioritization.
