Adheres to production sheets, ensuring accurate counts and portions are maintained.
Communicates with the Chef regarding any necessary modifications to recipes or production sheets and identifies potential shortages in ingredients.
Provides guidance to attendants regarding menu offerings and any changes that may occur.
Upholds high standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance to guarantee a safe dining experience.
