Objective:
To perform supportive activities in the kitchen, assisting in the preparation and cooking of food in accordance with the required food safety standards and brand style, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of food, including washing, sanitizing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
Support pastry production (sweets, cakes, etc.) as needed.
Check the validity and proper storage of food items.
Help assemble and replenish the buffet, coffee breaks, and meals for staff, focusing on presentation.
Contribute to area control and participate in team briefings.
Maintain personal hygiene, as well as that of food, utensils, and kitchen environments, in compliance with food safety regulations.
Represent brand values and contribute to personalizing the guest experience by sharing information with the reception team.
Adhere to sustainable practices related to recycling and conscious use of water and energy.
Perform other related duties and, when working in Combo/Tri Combo hotels, fulfill functions for all involved hotels.
