JOB SUMMARY
As the Curriculum Growth Manager, you will lead the effort to promote the adoption of Code.org’s curriculum at district and state levels within your designated territory. Your role involves building and nurturing a robust pipeline of district opportunities, engaging key stakeholders such as superintendents and district administrators, and securing formal commitments for curriculum implementation.
You will capitalize on policy advancements, strategic campaigns, budget cycles, and advocacy networks to enhance adoption rates, ensuring a seamless transition to the Implementation & Success team for effective rollout. Your success will be measured by the growth in the number of districts and schools actively utilizing Code.org's curriculum in your area.
