About the Role:
Billtrust is on the lookout for a seasoned Customer Account Executive to lead and enhance our relationships with established mid-market and corporate clients. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our premier SaaS order-to-cash solutions. Your expertise in fostering trust with key stakeholders, managing moderately complex sales cycles, and delivering customized value propositions will be fundamental to your success.
You will engage with corporate-level organizations experiencing growth in accounts receivable (AR) and payment needs, managing multi-location operations and adapting to dynamic finance and IT landscapes. These organizations depend on integrated AR and payment platforms that promote efficiency, scalability, and compliance. Your mission is to fortify and expand our partnerships by uncovering new opportunities in line with customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships within a designated portfolio of corporate accounts, driving expansion and increased product utilization across various departments and locations.
- Initiate strategic discussions with senior stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Procurement to align Billtrust solutions with initiatives such as process automation, cost reduction, and enhanced cash flow.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the client’s industry, challenges, and growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure value realization and superior service.
- Create and implement account strategies that align Billtrust's capabilities with the evolving goals and needs of clients.
- Comprehend the operational landscape of customers, including their ERP systems, workflows, and reporting requisites.
- Provide insights gathered from customer interactions to internal teams to inform product strategy and improve service delivery.
- Assist in contract renewals and lead commercial discussions, including procurement coordination and deal negotiation.
