Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the Pitchero platform and identifying opportunities for expansion within their organizations.You will provide an exemplary customer journey, acting as the liaison between clients and our sales team.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for current clubs, cultivating long-lasting partnerships built on trust and results.Deliver engaging and professional demonstrations to highlight new features, ensuring clients fully utilize Pitchero's tools.Proactively monitor client health and usage data to guarantee they are receiving optimal benefits from the software.Identify and implement cross-sell and up-sell strategies to enhance portfolio value.Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients, ensuring both technical and cultural integration into the SaaS environment.Assist clubs in transitioning their entire workflow, from player registration to digital payments, onto our platform.Identify underutilized features and demonstrate their value in addressing specific challenges.By positioning our software as the essential core of club operations, you will help achieve exceptional retention rates, establishing Pitchero as a vital component of their success.
