YOUR IMPACT
The Customer Account Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and overseeing strategic accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships, and forging key business connections. This position emphasizes new business development alongside the up-selling and cross-selling initiatives aimed at existing clients. Success in this role will stem from solution-driven sales, meticulous account planning, and proactive prospecting to identify high-quality clients while qualifying and evolving assigned accounts.
Execute targeted sales strategies to meet corporate revenue and profit objectives in alignment with Redwood’s growth strategy.
Expand business with both new and established key customers by maintaining enduring relationships and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses, strategies, goals, challenges, and market dynamics to unlock customer-centric opportunities within key accounts.
Position Redwood as a strategic partner to meet client objectives across Digital, Business, and Technology transformation areas, leveraging a consultative and value-driven sales approach.
