Your Role:
As a Customer Specialist, you will be the primary contact for ENECO's residential customers. You will assist them via phone and email with inquiries regarding gas and electricity supply, invoices, and meter readings. After comprehensive training, you will tackle more complex customer inquiries related to Heating, Inheritances, and Complaints. You can also join the Continuous Improvement Team, collaborating with ENECO to enhance future-oriented customer service.
