Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with customers, sales teams, and various internal departments to foster strong relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer account support by identifying issues, implementing corrective measures, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. This encompasses order processing in Oracle, managing shipping schedules, and adhering to SOX and revenue recognition standards.
- Proactively enhance service quality, accuracy, and process consistency to meet customer service metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee customer demand management, ensuring supply alignment and effective communication to resolve logistical challenges and satisfy customer timelines.
- Assess customer demand inputs, engage with clients to clarify requirements, and monitor product transitions and inventory status.
- Collaborate closely with demand and supply planning, logistics, and finance teams to optimize supply allocation based on customer and internal needs.
- Lead operational projects aimed at meeting customer requirements, such as ERP system changes or IT implementations that impact fulfillment and supply chain operations.
- Analyze and report on monthly and quarterly revenue, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance revenue strategies.
