Act as the Liaison Between Our Customers and Internal Teams
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will facilitate the smooth handling of the logistics order process. You will engage daily with our customers, answering their questions and proactively keeping them informed. At the same time, you will closely collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and swiftly resolve any service issues. You will report to the Customer Care Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire order process and informing them about additional or new services;
Identifying and resolving potential issues such as delays, customs problems, or damages while proactively communicating transparently;
Supporting the operational onboarding of new customers and guiding them through the implementation process;
Coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Sales, Finance) to efficiently address customer inquiries;
Preparing for and participating in periodic customer meetings to discuss agreed service levels (SLAs) and areas for improvement;
Contributing to the optimization of processes and systems to enhance the overall customer experience;
Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered.
