Job Summary: As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and executing repairs on completed homes, ensuring adherence to our product and company warranties. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Post Closing Customer Visits (PCCV) and perform inspections according to departmental and company standards.
- Complete necessary work orders to address customer needs and provide on-site problem-solving.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule and perform required work.
- Initiate service work orders, manage subcontractor appointments, oversee work quality, and keep customers informed of progress.
- Supervise subcontractors to enhance efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain inventory of service vehicles, ensuring appropriate materials and equipment are available.
- Engage in departmental meetings to discuss service challenges, improve job quality, and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as required.
