As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with their orders, installations, and technical inquiries. Your Responsibilities:
You will begin in one team and gradually learn about the other teams. Your responsibilities will expand based on needs and your growth.
You will engage in numerous phone calls daily with both Dutch-speaking and French-speaking customers. Together with your team, you will tackle various customer cases and provide optimal solutions:
- Installations Team: You will guide new customers and schedule the installation of gas tanks.
- Order & Invoicing Team: You will process orders and invoices, assisting customers with inquiries.
- Existing Customers Team: You will manage contracts and assist customers with delivery or invoicing questions and process relocation documents.
- Technical Team: You will support customers with technical questions and schedule maintenance and inspections.
You will work with modern tools such as Salesforce CRM, Business Central ERP, and MS Office, receiving comprehensive training to master these systems efficiently.
