Be part of our journey in advancing safer and greener business practices with state-of-the-art software.The Sustainability Product Manager will report to the Head of Product (ESG) at Quentic. This role is instrumental in the design and development of a comprehensive, forward-thinking, and integrated sustainability solution tailored for corporate strategy, data management, and ESG reporting. As a key player in this cross-functional position, you will foster a culture of openness and provide critical support and advice to the Head of Product concerning vision, strategy, and product development.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with global Product and Tech Teams, engaging with relevant departments such as Sales and Professional Services to leverage synergies for product innovation and alignment with organizational objectives.Oversee product strategy and initiatives, defining and prioritizing customer requirements and user stories to guide the development of essential features and the product roadmap.Establish measures for requirement management, serving as the primary contact for the Tech Team to guide and assess feature design and implementation decisions.Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics to create innovative products, transforming concepts from ideas to delivery.Utilize domain expertise to propel product development and innovation, providing insights into the evolving sustainability landscape. Stay updated on regulations, sustainability reporting frameworks, scientific advancements, industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings.Evaluate the success of new product features through usability research and user feedback in collaboration with the UX Team.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with clients and industry experts.Qualifications:A university degree in business, product management, sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in software product management, preferably in a B2B environment.Experience in ESG or sustainability initiatives is highly desirable.A strong motivation and capability to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
