At our headquarters in Sierre, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Professional who is ready to assist our customers with expert advice and support.
Customer Care (80% - 100%)
A Day in This Role:
Your passion for customer satisfaction drives you to exceed expectations and delight our clients.
You will efficiently process orders, maintain our database, address various customer inquiries, and focus on solutions.
You will actively listen to customer needs and provide guidance on Univerre’s products.
As a Customer Care Professional, you will contribute to ongoing service and process improvements while participating in enhancement projects.
You will ensure the personal and telephonic reception of clients at the company reception on a rotating basis.
You will manage existing customer relationships while also actively engaging in the acquisition of new clients.
Support for the sales team will also be part of your responsibilities.
Your Keys to Success:
A completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) with ideally 5+ years of experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
Fluency in German and French, both written and spoken, with Italian language skills being an advantage.
You are dynamic, proactive, and eager to contribute to the growth of the company and its customers.
Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and efficiency even in high-pressure situations.
You work collaboratively and efficiently with modern tools.
