Join Our Dynamic Care Department:
The Onboarding Team: Responsible for setting up and transitioning accounting for our co-ownerships post initial contract signing.
The Customer Care Representative Team: Addresses client inquiries, provides resources, and offers platform training.
Account Manager Team (25 members and 4 team leads): This team is focused on expanding our existing client portfolio.
As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of 350 to 400 co-ownerships, maintaining direct relationships with the President of the Syndical Council of each property.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring client retention and driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, contract renewals, and optimizing client satisfaction (NPS).
Your Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to identify additional sales opportunities related to our products, achieving upsell and cross-sell targets.
Create tailored retention and loyalty strategies for each of your clients.
Monitor and refine the processes in place for managing your portfolio.
Ensure client satisfaction leading to contract renewals.
Participate in your clients' general assemblies (primarily via video conference, but occasionally in person in Île-de-France as needed).
Collaborate with various teams (sales, onboarding, management, insurance, property management, etc.) to ensure optimal portfolio management and support the achievement of company objectives (offer launches, revenue, churn, etc.).
This role offers the opportunity to engage daily with a diverse range of stakeholders! Each co-ownership represents a unique community, and understanding their dynamics is essential for effective support in their management!
Our clients range from small co-ownerships in rural areas with only three lots to large urban property complexes with 300 apartments.
