About the Role:
Glean is on the lookout for a Customer Education & Certification Lead to create and expand a premier education system that transforms customers into confident and self-sufficient power users. In this proactive role, you will design and operationalize Glean Academy along with associated certification programs, acting as a growth catalyst—guiding customers from onboarding to activation, adoption, certification, and ultimately advocacy—while significantly reducing reliance on one-on-one support and accelerating time-to-value across both user and admin segments. This position is a hands-on individual contributor role that combines instructional design, content creation, program management, and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes throughout the customer journey.
