SKELAR is a pioneering venture builder dedicated to creating international product-oriented IT companies under the principles of venture investment. Collaborating with co-founders, we assemble dynamic teams to launch innovative IT businesses and thrive in global markets.
Dressly is an emerging fashion-tech startup focused on helping individuals discover their unique style and express themselves with confidence.
We are building our in-house support team and are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Experience Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen understanding of user needs. We believe that a great experience starts with caring for every member of our team.
What we value:
— English proficiency at B1+ level;
— Willingness to work night shifts (~6-8 per month). We provide a 30-minute break and utilize Slack Huddle for team interaction to maintain engagement;
— Experience in customer service via phone, email, chat, or in-person;
— Initiative and organizational skills: we encourage discussing challenges and proposing solutions. We take responsibility for our successes and setbacks, managing our time effectively during shifts;
— A desire to learn and grow in the IT field: many team leads have advanced from junior positions.
Experience with helpdesk platforms (like Zendesk or Freshdesk) will be an advantage.
What challenges await you:
— Being the voice and face of Dressly for our users, addressing client inquiries via email and chat, and potentially over the phone in the future.
— Working on a shift-based schedule (including night shifts) and meeting KPIs;
— Deeply understanding our product: quickly mastering all support flows, identifying weaknesses, and contributing to making our service more user-friendly and efficient;
