Daily Responsibilities:- Warmly greet customers and ensure they enjoy a positive and engaging experience through your personality, professionalism, and performance.
- Accurately take customer orders in person or over the phone, utilizing our advanced technology and Point of Sales System.
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment in-store by preparing and organizing the front area.
- Facilitate a seamless drive-up and curbside experience by ensuring the storefront is tidy and executing a contactless service safely.
- Actively address customer concerns and collaborate with management to ensure every customer leaves WOWed!
- Double-check that all orders are organized, precise, and meet our high standards, as you are the last chance to impress!
