What does the role entail?
As the Support Delivery Manager (SDM), you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, delivering both proactive and reactive support post-implementation. Your main goal will be to ensure alignment with our customers' priorities while driving NICE’s business objectives. You will cultivate strategic relationships across various client business units, influencing tactical initiatives to elevate service excellence for your assigned accounts. Your expertise in NICE solutions will be essential in maximizing the value our clients derive from our offerings.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and NICE’s support teams, adeptly managing critical issues, problem resolutions, and escalations to meet client expectations.
The SDM position is an integral part of our Support Management Team, dedicated to managing escalations, enhancing technical communications, and implementing best practices.
