The Customer Operations Team
Customer Operations is the heartbeat of our mission. We are the go-to team for customers seeking clear answers and genuine support. Each interaction is an opportunity to facilitate migration with empathy, clarity, and precision, rather than merely following scripts.

Our Customer Operations team comprises two primary functions:
Customer Happiness (CH): Dedicated to providing exceptional service in every interaction, efficiently resolving customer queries while identifying upsell opportunities during service contacts.
Retention: Focused on managing renewal and cancellation discussions, aimed at minimizing churn, maximizing lifetime value, and enhancing renewal performance.
Together, these teams embody the human aspect of Marshmallow's brand and will play a crucial role in transitioning towards a future model where AI manages the straightforward tasks and humans tackle the complex ones.
