Your Role: Implementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist, you will take charge of the entire customer onboarding process—from initial handoff to successful go-live and seamless transition. This is not merely a coordination role; you will be the driving force behind project execution: defining plans, driving actions, eliminating obstacles, and ensuring the customer is completely prepared for successful operation.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage comprehensive onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Plan, monitor, and manage project execution to consistently meet scope, timeline, and quality benchmarks.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer relationships, guaranteeing a smooth and high-quality onboarding experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove any blockers and keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure quality, readiness, and success at go-live by validating requirements, testing outcomes, and managing risks.
- Develop, maintain, and present clear documentation and reports to track progress, risks, and outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or customer operations within a SaaS environment (experience in restaurants, retail, or fintech is a plus).
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within specified timelines.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, tailored to customer base needs.

- Apply effective project management principles, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, establishing meeting agendas, facilitating decision-making, and maintaining detailed action logs.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, balancing empathy with assertiveness while guiding clients and adhering to deadlines.
