The Customer Onboarding Specialist is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our end users. Your primary mission will be to equip them with the necessary tools and training to transform their experience into a remarkable advertising opportunity. You will collaborate across various departments—sales, tech support, accounting, manufacturing, and engineering—to ensure our partners receive exceptional service and support.
In this capacity, you will introduce partner companies and end users to our innovative product, guiding partners in successfully selling the Cirrus solution through proactive communication and comprehensive post-sale training.

This position is fully on-site in our Dallas office, where our team thrives on in-person collaboration during standard office hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new customers, ensuring they are well-prepared for their product experience.
- Keep precise records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Proactively reach out to customers for any essential information needed for our CRM.
- Provide extensive post-sale training to empower partners in effectively promoting and utilizing Cirrus products.
- Maintain ongoing communication with new customers to ensure their satisfaction and success after purchase.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for new customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with expertise.
- Support the tech support team by providing insights and solutions for software-related issues.
- Act as a bridge for customer feedback, coordinating with our development team to resolve bugs and implement desired features.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our customer service standards.
- Assist in updating the software help sections and instructional videos to ensure they are current and user-friendly.
