We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to become a vital part of our Customer Project Team, focusing on Driver Assistance systems tailored for Japanese OEMs (J-OEMs).
As the Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading all aspects of project management including project charter setup, management plans, communication strategies, schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
- Ensuring project targets and KPIs are met, including timelines, specifications, quality standards, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly monitoring project execution, implementing corrective actions as needed, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintaining a cockpit chart with 100% completeness/consistency and presenting project status updates to the steering committee.
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams to successful outcomes.
- Enhancing team and customer satisfaction through effective communication regarding project deliverables and goals.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the customer and project team, representing the project to all stakeholders.
- Facilitating customer and internal meetings to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Coordinating hardware and software deliveries to meet customer milestones, including sample deliveries and series releases.
- Overseeing product launch management.
- Conducting risk management, quality assurance, and problem resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Driving change management processes, including requirement management and quotations.
- Adhering to company policies, guidelines, and legal terms throughout all project phases.
