Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate accurate and timely service quotations in response to technician and customer inquiries.Ensure all quotations comply with company pricing strategies, policies, and customer specifications.Maintain thorough records of service quotes, customer interactions, and related documents.Process customer orders and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal service teams for effective delivery.Review estimates and invoices for accuracy and adherence to company protocols.Monitor the status of service sales quotes and assist in reporting activities.Identify potential opportunities for additional services, parts, and support products.Foster strong relationships with customers by providing a high standard of service.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.Qualifications & ExperienceExperience in customer service, service coordination, administration, or quotation preparation is preferred.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Meticulous attention to detail with a proven ability to produce accurate documentation.Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities.Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.Results-oriented with a strong passion for customer service.Experience in technical, service, equipment, or automotive-related industries is highly regarded.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
