The Customer Service team at Wheely plays a crucial role in ensuring flawless journeys for our passengers. They deliver outstanding service to both our chauffeurs and passengers, ensuring that every need is met and each journey proceeds without a hitch. This dedicated team is committed to understanding customer preferences and providing exceptional service.
A successful candidate will represent the voice of Wheely, engaging with customers via calls and chats, and ensuring timely resolutions to their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service across various communication channels, including calls, live chats, and emails.
- Safeguard our customers' time by adhering to operational SLAs.
- Provide outstanding service by following our luxury communication standards.
- Meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Quickly and efficiently investigate and resolve issues for both customers and chauffeurs.
- Understand, prioritize, and escalate customer feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
