As the primary liaison for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) vehicle owners, you will address inquiries and resolve issues pertaining to their vehicles. Your role is essential in representing the OEM during customer interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases while upholding our high service standards.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Managing driver inquiries through various communication channels.
- Monitoring ongoing cases continuously.
- Identifying cases that require escalation to specialized teams.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, even in complex cases, by adhering to project KPIs.
