Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding donations, offering clear and informative assistance.
- Conduct proactive outreach to donors through phone, email, and SMS for updates and follow-ups.
- Assist donors with processing tax receipts, vacation vouchers, and other related documentation.
