We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to assist in sales support activities five days a week. This role includes processing orders, generating leads, managing CRM systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities, both on the phone and via email. Previous experience in architectural building products is advantageous, although we are willing to train the right candidate.
Your primary responsibilities will involve delivering outstanding customer service with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the efficient functioning of our busy sales and order processing department.
