Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist
Compensation: $1,800 AUD - $2,200 AUD / Monthly
Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Working Hours: This position requires alignment with Australian business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday). As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

All positions are fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
About Our Client: Our client is a well-established, family-owned manufacturing business that specializes in creating bespoke everlasting memorial plaques and personalized products. With over 20 years of experience, they cater to both trade partners (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C) and have demonstrated consistent growth.
Position Overview: This role is critical in providing structured, detail-oriented support across customer service, artwork preparation, order coordination, administration, and marketing. We are looking for a dedicated team member who exhibits high accuracy, effective communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership. While call center experience is valuable, we prioritize stability, maturity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Order & Artwork Support
- Process customer orders and create job files.
- Utilize templates to create and manage artwork.
- Prepare artwork proofs, including names, dates, layouts, and inscriptions.
- Track revisions and approvals.
- Monitor order progress from artwork to dispatch.
- Collaborate with suppliers for repeat products.
Customer Service (Email-Based – B2B & B2C)
- Address customer inquiries and trade partner emails.
- Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic written communication.
- Provide updates and confirmations on orders.
- Follow up on approvals and any missing information.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Respond to online reviews (Google and Judge.me).
Administration & Systems Support
- Maintain accurate records of customers and orders.
- Create and manage contact lists.
- Update Shopify and eBay listings (pricing, descriptions, and images).
- Assist in generating monthly reports and light reconciliation tasks.
- Provide daily progress summaries.
Marketing Support
- Assist in scheduling social media content and campaign initiatives.
