THE ROLE
At DF Capital, our customers are our priority. As a vital part of our Customer Services Team, you will be instrumental in supporting both our savings and consumer lending customers, guided by the Customer Services Manager. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
We seek candidates who demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and possess the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients, from small to medium-sized businesses to individual consumers. Ideal candidates will have expertise in:
- In-Life Loan Servicing
- Finance Applications
- Credit Card / Mail Order
- Complaint Resolution or Collections, emphasizing strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the initial point of contact for our Consumer Lending and Savings customers via phone, email, and secure messaging
- Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries while adhering to service level agreements
- Assisting customers with account management tasks, including payment processing, account updates, and general inquiries
- Collaborating closely with other departments, including Lending Operations, Credit, Collections & Recoveries, and Change Management
- Ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and accurately
