Assist customers by answering questions and providing recommendations
Oversee sales transactions at the cash register
Ensure the security of cash and protect company assets
Stock and recover merchandise on the sales floor
Receive and unload merchandise, and replenish stock according to productivity standards
Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment by maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, team members, and management
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
Perform other duties as assigned*
Skills and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar environment is highly valued
Ability to effectively follow instructions and interpret operational documents is necessary
Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height, and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, and other physical activities
Exemplary customer service and relationship management skills are essential
Strong organizational and communication skills are required
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are crucial
