Safeguarding cash and ensuring the security of company assets
Maintaining a well-stocked store and organizing merchandise
Receiving merchandise, aiding in unloading trucks, and restocking items in line with productivity standards
Fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment while upholding professional and friendly interactions with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, which includes cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable
Performing additional duties as required*
Skills and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or pharmacy settings is highly advantageous
Ability to follow directions and comprehend operational documents is essential
Must be capable of lifting 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height, along with meeting the physical demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills are a must
Strong organizational and communication abilities are required
Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential
