- Engaging with customers, answering their inquiries, and providing product recommendations.
- Processing sales transactions accurately at the cash register.
- Safeguarding cash and ensuring the security of company assets.
- Keeping the store well-stocked and organized, including recovering merchandise.
- Receiving and unloading merchandise, ensuring timely stock replenishment in line with productivity standards.
- Fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere while maintaining friendly interactions with customers and team members.
- Upholding cleanliness throughout the store, which includes restocking and cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of waste.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
